Pretty and spacious traditional holiday home with swimming pool is located in the small Istrian village of Topid, in direct proximity of the sea. The house was built in 1900 and since then has been fully renovated and adjusted to the contemporary living standards. It has a very spacious and modern kitchen, dining space and three bedrooms. There is a pretty marquee, ideal for relaxing and dining together on hot summer days. The swimming pool is a few metres away from the house and a small path leads to it. The holiday home is surrounded by Mediterranean wall and lovely Mediterranean forest. Here you can spend perfect holiday in the company of your family and friends. We recommend visiting the small town on the hill: Labin with many historical monuments, beaches of Rabac, which are considered to be the prettiest ones in Istria. This is an ideal place if you wish for the peacefulness and beauty of Istrian village and yet to be near to all attractions which are worth visiting.

    “Wir waren zwei Wochen zu fünft (ein Kleinkind) im Ferienhaus und fanden es super. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sehr geräumig und ebenfalls sauber. Zusätzlich gab es nach einer Woche nochmal neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche, auch wenn man bereits selber mit der Waschmaschine waschen konnte. Zusätzlich verfügt das Haus über ein großes Grundstück und einen ruhigen, abgelegenen Pool. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen. Auch wenn das Haus mit ca. 10 Minuten von Labin entfernt doch etwas einsamer gelegen ist, hat uns die Ruhe sehr gefallen.”

    Wer die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe liebt bzw. etwas abseits vom Trubel sein will, ist dort richtig - ca. 5ckm außerhalb von Labin und z. T. über einspurige Wege zu erreichen. Sehr schön ist der Pool mit Sitzecke in einem großen Garten. Die Anbindung an die Außenwelt hat über Wlan sehr gut funktioniert.

    Leider ist die Wohnung nach Nord-West ausgerichtet und war für uns zu dunkel und kühl.
    Die Küche war noch befriedigend ausgestattet, die Bäder sind gut.

    “Wir haben mit 4 Er. und 2 Kindern 2 Wochen dort verbracht. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand und modern eingerichtet. Auch, wenn es draußen heiß ist, bleibt es schön kalt im Haus. Der eigene Pool wird vom Vermieter regelmäßig gesäubert. Es ist insgesamt alles sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind versüßen einen noch den Urlaub, indem sie uns selbst angebauten Wein geschenkt haben.
    Einziges Manko: Leider konnten wir abends nicht entspannt draußen sitzen, da die Mücken uns geärgert haben.”
