Stunning Vilamoura Villa with Heated Pool The villa is located on a quiet street in Vilamoura. Close to Beach, Marina, and 7 Golf courses. Ideal Family Holiday resort.

The villa is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully furnished throughout with air-conditioning in each bedroom and ceiling fans throughout the house (plus central heating for winter months). It boasts cable TV with a family room-sitting room- formal dining area - breakfast nook-modern fitted kitchen-3 modern bathrooms-outdoor dining facilities and BBQ. The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped as are the bedrooms and bathrooms. We even supply towels for use at the heated pool! The addition of a superb garden room with sliding glass curtains allows alfresco dining whatever the weather. Our winter-sun offering is enhanced by electric heating and a log stove.
Prices include energy and final clean.

The Garden & Pool The garden is bathed in sunshine throughout the day but also has ample shaded areas provided by mature pine, palm and fruit trees. An outside bbq is provided to enhance the experience of outdoor living. The outdoor dining set can be located either in sunshine or in the shaded areas. Enjoy long lunches in the shade or linger under the trees over the last of the dinner wine as the evening cools down from the hot Algarve sun. A citrus grove provides oranges, lemons and limes. Flowering Geraniums and Bougainvillea complete the sunny ambiance. The garden lighting is set to enhance the evening from nine pm until midnight. A full size pool completes the fun in the sun. Lounge on the sunbeds provided with a cool drink for our wet bar or swim and splash into the refreshing pool to cool off. Our winter-sun offering is enhanced by a dual system heated pool. ( solar and electric powered)

We provide two cost and high chairs for baby and toddler guests. A welcoming bottle of Bubbly is also provided free of charge to our guests. Our Villa also provides a fully stocked wet bar for the use of our guests throughout their stay. The only rule is you replace whatever beverages you consume.

    “the house had several deficiencies. several rooms had mould on the ceilings. the kitchen was badly designed with both the microwave and oven behind a door leading to the dining room. the temerature of the pool was not assisted in any way by the solar system. the vehicle entrance gate is too narrow. the lock for the pedestrian gate was problematic. the cupboards available for use in the main en-suite bedroom were too few. the water geyser (solar powered) could not satisfy our needs every day. perhaps in summer the system is more efficient ?. house does not really work for 10 people, ie works better for six people. lack of tumble dryer was felt as we were there in winter. overall, house was not a great experience”

    “Das Haus hat uns grundsätzlich sehr gut gefallen. Das gesamte Grundstück und der Pool ist wunderschön. Aber die Betten sind leider alle sehr hart im gesamten Haus. Die Bäder, die auf den Fotos sehr schick ausschauen, sind im wahren Leben leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten ist das Haus in einem sehr guten, gepflegten Zustand. Es gab Ende Oktober schon sehr kalte Abende, so dass wir sehr froh darüber waren, dass es kleine Elektroheizer gab. Bei diesen Temperaturen nützt dann auch die Poolheizung nichts, also alles unter 20 Grad Tagestemperatur schafft sie nicht. Das Geld kann man sich sparen.”
