The flowing river ensures a cooling breeze even on the warmest summer days.The apartment consists of a cozy living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a beautiful terrace with a grill.Although the apartment is in the city center, it has its own parking space in a garage. The garage is available free of charge, but only smaller cars (e.g. Peugeot 206) fit in the garage. The garage door cannot be closed on longer vehicles. If you arrive with two vehicles, it is possible to park the second vehicle in front of the garage.Due to the location on the ground floor there is always a pleasant temperature in the apartment.
