House Ave is a charming house on the edge of the village Vrećari, 6 km from the town Labin and 10 km from the well-known tourist resort Rabac. The house was finished in 2017 and equipped with modern furniture. On completely enclosed property of 750 sqm at guests` disposal there is a prefabricated swimming pool of 15 sqm, covered terrace with sitting furniture for outdoor dining, barbecue, children playground and parking space for 5 vehicles.

Holiday home for 6 persons on total living area of 100 sqm consists of an air-conditioned ground floor. There is a living area with access to the covered terrace, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, three double bedrooms from which one with two single beds and two with a double bed, bathroom/toilet and shower/toilet. In the souterrain there is a garage.

    “Wir haben das Ferienhaus Mitte Juni für eine Woche gebucht und waren anfangs sehr skeptisch, weil es aufgrund des Neubaus noch gar keine Rezensionen gab. Aber no risk no fun :-) Wir hatten das Glück, das Haus quasi im Erstbezug zu bewohnen und unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als nur übertroffen. Für uns, eine Familie mit drei kleinen Kindern, war das Ferienhaus perfekt. Wir können auch gar nicht verstehen, weshalb das Haus nur 3 Sterne bekommen hat – es ist 5 Sterne wert! Liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht (Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Grill etc.), toller Garten mit toller Privatsphäre und Blick vom Pool in die Berge, Spielplatz im Garten (Rutsche, Schaukel, Trampolin), kindersicherer Pool, eigener Stellplatz und Garage, Supermarkt nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, tolle Pizzeria ums Eck – was will man mehr? Für eine Familie mit Kindern absolut ideal! Last but not least: Wirklich tolle, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die sich jeden Tag per SMS über unser Wohlbefinden informiert haben und die nicht, wie es so oft der Fall ist, gleich nebenan wohnen, sondern unsere Privatsphäre absolut respektiert haben.”
