THE HOUSE 


We offer a 60m2 house with its private swimming pool, fully fenced and independent, for 2 people only. The house is not suitable for receiving children or babies. 


EQUIPMENT 


The rental is air-conditioned, the decoration is neat and the services are of high standard (equipped kitchen, connected 3D TV, wifi access, queen size bed, bed linen and towels provided, safe, BBQ, Nespresso coffee machine... ). The rental has a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of tenants, 5m50 x 1m80, 1m25 deep. Possibility of heating the pool from May to October with participation. 


THE PARKING


A secure parking space is reserved for you. For electric vehicles, an 11 kWh charging station is available.

Located in a residential area, the house is on our property and we live on site (discretion assured). The house and its private swimming pool are completely independent.
