This enchanting vacation home with pool and spacious grounds is about a ten-minute drive from beautiful beaches. The interior is decorated with exquisite furniture and artworks, while the exterior features a fountain that offers a special atmosphere through a play of lighting and water drops. The first floor on different levels consists of a main kitchen and living room with fireplace and exit to the well-kept garden with fountain. Next to the main kitchen there is an additional kitchen, which makes this domicile ideal for a vacation of two families. All rooms are nicely decorated and the hallways are furnished with pictures and interesting details. Next to the large pool and sunbathing area, there is a separate cottage with yet another kitchen and covered terrace. Mini soccer goals, basketball hoop and badminton net provide playtime fun and in the traditional stone cottage, Ka?un, you will find natural cooling from the summer heat. In about an hour's drive you can reach the amphitheater of Pula, the national park on the Brijuni Islands, the nature park Cape Kamenjak, as well as the historical towns of Gro?njan and Motovun, where you can find film festivals, truffle tastings, interesting wine cellars and restaurants.
