Die Halbinsel Mönchgut ist ein Urlauberparadies von besonderem Reiz und überraschender Vielseitigkeit. Unsere Finnhütte "Carolin" liegt im Biosphärenreservat Südost-Rügen auf der wunderschönen Halbinsel Mönchgut. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die zwei kleinen Fischerdörfer Gager und Groß Zicker - hier finden Sie auch gemütliche Restaurants. Lebensmittel können Sie in Thiessow oder in Gager einkaufen, im Sommer sind die Brötchen vor Ort erhältlich. Den kilometerlangen idyllischen Sandstrand erreichen Sie innerhalb von ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Surferparadies ist nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Kiefernwälder, weite Hügel und Wiesen, idyllische Seen- und Boddenlandschaften und darin eingebettet verträumte Fischerdörfer laden zu ausgiebigen Wanderungen und Radtouren ein.
Unsere Finnhütte "Carolin" befindet sich ungefähr in der Mitte der Finnhüttensiedlung - diese ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer, mit jeweils zwei getrennten Betten im oberen Bereich über eine steile Treppe erreichbar Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC offene Küche mit Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Besteck und (Koch-)Geschirr, Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch digitalem Sat-TV und Radio Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen Gasheizung und Warmwasser
Der kostenfreie Parkplatz befindet sich innerhalb der Anlage. Unsere Finnhütte "Carolin" ist im Zeitraum von April bis Oktober buchbar. An- und Abreisetag gelten jeweils als ein Tag.
Nach Eingang der Restzahlung erhalten Sie die Anreiseunterlagen - in diesen sind die noch zu zahlenden Nebekosten hinterlegt.
Die Nebenkosten müssen vor Anreise an den Vermieter überwiesen werden. Die Kaution dient zur Verrechnung der Nebenkosten für Strom und Wasser, der Restbetrag wird innerhalb von 14 - 21 Werktagen nach Abreise, auf das anzugebende Konto zurück überwiesen. Hinweis zur Kurtaxe in Gross Zicker, seit dem 01.01.2021 zählt der An- und Abreisetag als ein Kurtaxenpflichtiger Tag pro Person (Bsp. 7 Tage buchen = 8 Tage Kurtaxe pro Person).
Der kleine Ort Zicker liegt auf der Halbinsel Mönchgut zwischen der Küste und dem Südstrand der "Zickerschen Berge" und gehört der Gemeinde Gager. Der Ortsname kommt aus dem slawischen "Sikor" und bedeutet "Meise".
