The agriturismo is near a little village a few kilometres from the little town of Cortona. It is in a very quiet location, surrounded by Tuscan countryside.
The agriturismo consists of three holiday apartments, which face a communally used area. They are in a stone country house from the 19th century and are completely independent. There is also a breakfast room, which can be hired for meetings or celebrations, with prices varying according to the number of people and the occasion.
The country house is surrounded by a big garden that is for the use of all guests. It consists of several terraces with a panoramic view, with a pool, parking spaces and a pine grove. The site is enclosed by fences and hedges. The pool is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove and a lawn with a rose garden. The view stretches from vineyards and olive groves to the stream that flows around the site. In the garden and by the pool there is also wireless Internet access. Mountain bikes are available for use free of charge.
The driveway to the country house is not paved for a stretch of about 100 metres. Breakfast can be served either in the hall or in the outdoor area in front of it, on request. Cots and highchairs are available for toddlers. During the summer months, the agriturismo offers sampling of typical products from the Cortona region.
The garden provides access to a number of walking trails. The agriturismo is within easy access of towns of cultural interest: within a radius of 50km you can find Assisi, Perugia, Siena, Arezzo and Sansepolcro. You can also get to Florence easily by train in about 45 minutes. You can find shops and all other services in Camucia (8km) and Cortona (9km). There is also a small grocery shop just a few minutes’ walk away and there are two grocery shops a five-minute drive away. There is a supermarket near Camucia.
Appartamento 3 All'appartamento, che si trova al 1° piano della villa, si accede dal terrazzo dotato di arredi da esterno per consumare i pasti all'aria aperta. Tutti gli arredi interni sono in stile e di antica proprietà della famiglia.
Ha una superficie di 75 mq ed è formato da: - una cucina abitabile, dotata di frigo, forno e 4 fuochi a gas, pentole e stoviglie, bollitore elettrico, tostapane, macchina per caffé all'italiana; -una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, molto grande e luminosa con tre finestre che si affacciano sul parco, con TV satellitare, armadio, cassettiera, scrivania, seggiole, poltrona, consolle; -un soggiorno con grande camino in pietra serena, 2 letti singoli, poltrone, tavolo rotondo e seggiole; -un bagno con lavabo, wc, bidet, doccia e lavatrice.
La terrazza è fornita di ombrellone, tavolo e sedie in dotazione dell'appartamento.
