Cosy fenced-in holiday home, on two floors not internally connected, set a few kilometers from Pescara, in a dominant position on a valley that opens onto an extraordinary landscape on the Adriatic Sea and the nearby Maiella area. The house offers a private outdoor area well equipped for outdoor dining, surrounded by fruit trees, olive groves and flowers. The upper floor has a large terrace equipped for outdoor meals overlooking the valley and a small rear garden. The house is located in an ideal position, close to the motorway exit (A14) and not far from Chieti, in a strategic position to visit the whole region. The beaches can also be reached by bus (a bus stop is near the accommodation) leading to the seafront of Ortona, Francavilla, Fossacesia and San Vito, known for their blue flag ( for the good quality of the sea water). The Majella mountain is just a few kilometers from here, in addition to walking and hiking it is possible to follow adventure trails for adults and children discovering nature from above the trees. The combination of sea and mountains offers the opportunity for a truly special holiday, between relaxation adventure and nature.
