Holiday House in Kaštel Kambelovac with Private Parking

This two-storey terrace house, one of six in a row, was built in 2018 and is on a quiet street, centrally located and just 500 metres from the coast and the beach. It is conveniently situated between the famous towns Split and Trogir, ideal for a comfortable stay on the Dalmatian coast.

The sunny wooden south-facing terrace invites you to relax. It is furnished with a table and four comfortable chairs with high backs and cushions. A parasol provides shade from too much sun and screens on both sides ensure privacy. There are two parking spaces in front of the house.

The holiday house with modern furnishing provides 85m² of living space for five guests. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate guest WC, a living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, as well as a south-facing terrace. The inviting open layout of the living room on the ground floor offers a well-equipped modern kitchen, a cosy living room with a sofa, an armchair and a flat-screen TV, as well as a lovely dining space with a view out onto the spacious wooden south-facing terrace. The upper floor comprises three comfortable bedrooms, two of which have a double bed 160cm wide, while the third has a single bed. A modern shower room and an additional WC round off the accommodation. The living room and two of the three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Owing to the central location of the house, practically everything is within walking distance. Near the house there are two supermarkets, a grocery shop, a butcher and a bakery. A lovely white pebbled beach with old pine trees, providing shade during the hottest part of the day, is just a few minutes’ walk away, as well as other amenities such as banks, a post office, a pharmacy, shopping centre, cafes and restaurants. Let yourself be charmed by this wonderful old coast between the beauty of the Kozjak mountain chain and the endless blue of the Adriatic.

Use of the air conditioning, Internet and washing machine is free. Your four-legged companions are also welcome free of charge.
