Der feine, weiße Ostseestrand ist keine 100 Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Der maritime Charakter der Hauseinrichtung wird Sie sofort in Urlaubsstimmung versetzen und lässt Sie den Alltag vergessen.
Nicht nur die großen, sondern auch die kleinen Gäste sollen sich hier wohl fühlen. Die Steckdosen sind mit Kindersicherungen versehen und die Treppe kann durch ein Treppengitter gesichert werden. Sowohl für die großen, als auch für die kleinen Gäste stehen, auf der Galerie, je zwei bequeme Liegen zur Verfügung.
Der Strand von Baabe ist das pure Urlaubsvergnügen. Bei schönem Wetter in der Sonne liegen, an nichts denken und einen neuen Rhythmus finden. Zur Abkühlung in die erfrischende Ostsee springen oder sich Bewegung bei einigen Strandspielen verschaffen.
Nach Eingang der Restzahlung erhalten Sie die Anreiseunterlagen - in diesen sind die noch zu zahlenden Nebekosten hinterlegt.
Die Nebenkosten müssen vor Anreise an den Vermieter überwiesen werden. Die Kaution dient zur Verrechnung der Nebenkosten für Strom und Wasser, der Restbetrag wird innerhalb von 14 - 21 Werktagen nach Abreise, auf das anzugebende Konto zurück überwiesen. Hinweis zur Kurtaxe im Ostseebad Baabe, seit dem 01.01.2021 zählt der An- und Abreisetag als ein Kurtaxenpflichtiger Tag pro Person (Bsp. 7 Tage buchen = 8 Tage Kurtaxe pro Person).
Rügen ist Deutschlands größte und schönste Insel. Sagenumwoben ist die Geschichte, weltabgeschnitten erscheint das seltsam schöne geographische Bild. Auf der Halbinsel Mönchgut im Südosten Rügens durchdringen Wasser und Land einander so innig wie an keiner anderen Stelle der Insel. Am „Tor“ zur Halbinsel Mönchgut liegt beiderseits der Bundesstraße B 196 der Ort Baabe. Seine Lage auf einer Landenge verschafft ihm einen, für den Besucher interessanten Wechsel von „vier Gesichtern“ in einem engen Landschaftsraum. Ein ausgedehnter Spaziergang an der Ostsee ist nicht nur sehr reizvoll, sondern auch gesund. Die Sonne, der Wind und der vitalisierende Salzgehalt der Luft wirken unverkennbar zusammen und stärken die Abwehrkräfte des Körpers.
