Unser Haus Ostseedüne liegt im Strandpark Baabe, auf Deutschlands größter und sicherlich schönsten Insel 'Rügen'. Das Haus bietet auf 55 qm Platz für 4 + 2 Personen. Zum Wasser sind es gerade mal 50 m. Sie als Besucher finden vielerorts Natürlichkeit und Stille. Der Badeort Baabe ist mit gut 750 Jahren der älteste Ort auf Mönchgut und liegt auf einer Landenge im Biosphärenreservat. Durch diese Lage finden sich um Baabe alle Landschaftsformen, die auf Rügen vorkommen - Laub- und Nadelwald, hügelige Boddenlandschaften und die Ursprünglichkeit der Ostseeküste. Der Strand von Baabe lädt bei schönem Wetter zum Sonnenbaden und Herumtoben im flachen Wasser ein. In der rauen Jahreszeit einen langen Spaziergang und danach gemütlich die müden Glieder vorm knisternden Kamin ausstrecken - ein schönes Buch oder ein Glas Wein in der Hand - tun Sie einfach wo nach Ihnen zumute ist.
Nach Eingang der Restzahlung erhalten Sie die Anreiseunterlagen - in diesen sind die noch zu zahlenden Nebekosten hinterlegt.
Die Nebenkosten müssen vor Anreise an den Vermieter überwiesen werden. Die Kaution dient dient als Sicherheitsleistung und wird innerhalb von 14 - 21 Werktagen nach Abreise, auf das anzugebende Konto zurück überwiesen. Hinweis zur Kurtaxe im Ostseebad Baabe, seit dem 01.01.2021 zählt der An- und Abreisetag als ein Kurtaxenpflichtiger Tag pro Person (Bsp. 7 Tage buchen = 8 Tage Kurtaxe pro Person).
Rügen - eine faszinierende Landschaft, majestätische Sonnenuntergänge und die Weite des Meeres haben von jeher Künstler und Schriftsteller magisch hierher gezogen. Hier fanden sie eine Heimat für ihre Sehnsüchte nach Natur und unverstelltem Leben. Baabe ist ein ruhiges Seebad mit einem bis zu 25m breiten Sandstrand. Hier kam der Badetourismus erst in den 1920er - Jahren richtig in Schwung. Reetgedeckte Fischerhäuser finden sich im alten Dorfkern noch etliche, etwa das so genannte Zuckerhuthaus aus dem 17. Jh. Teilweise ist der Ort zwischen dem Boddengewässer Moritzburger Beek und der Ostsee nur 50 m breit. All dies kam man bei einer Fahrt mit dem Rasenden Roland erkunden oder sportlich aktiv mit dem Fahrrad. An der liebevoll angelegten Strandstraße reihen sich Cafés, Restaurants & kleine Läden aller Art aneinander. Sie lädt zum Flanieren ein, aber auch zum Verweilen und Stöbern. Das Gesundheitszentrum mit seinem vielfältigen Massage- und Wellnessangebot ermöglicht auch ein Kuren vor Ort.
