Holiday apartment with a generous balcony on the outskirts of the city with good connections

The apartment is in the south of Dresden and has excellent public transport connections into the city centre and the surroundings. You can leave your car parked. The apartment has been classified as four-star by the DTV. The owner lives in the house and is happy to provide advice. The house in Dresden was built in the classical style of the 1930s and was completely renovated in 1999 and again in 2009.

Your apartment comprises a living room, two bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious wardrobe. Bed linen is included in the price. The built-in kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, crockery and kitchen utensils. A vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and tea towels are provided. The bathroom has towels, a hairdryer, a bath, a WC and a washing machine. Evening entertainment is provided by an LDC with satellite channels, a Bluray player, radio, books and a collection of games. There is central heating with a radiator in each room, apart from the hallway. A child’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request.

The outdoor area has a bicycle stand, a balcony with garden furniture and a pond with a stream in the shared garden. There is a car parking space on site, which can be used on agreement with the owner, but you can also always find free spaces on the street in front of the house.

It is a non-smoking apartment in a non-smoking house!

Holiday on the outskirts of Dresden – almost rural, but within easy access of the centre by tram (a stop 200 metres away). If you are looking for trade fair accommodation in Dresden you can save yourself the stress of looking for a parking space at the trade fair grounds and book your accommodation here for two to five people. It is barely 30 minutes by tram from door to door. You can also stop off in the evening in the historical old town or the trendy district Dresden-Neustadt, as tram line 11 runs practically the whole night. The nearest grocery shops are about 500 metres away.

    “Een prima uitgangspunt voor het bezoeken van de stad Dresden en de omgeving! De woning is gesitueerd op de begane grond van een kleinschalig appartementengebouw waar ook de eigenaar woonachtig is. Het pand ligt in een keurige buitenwijk welke met het openbaar vervoer goed bereikbaar is van en naar het centrum van Dresden. Er is voldoende vrije parkeergelegenheid bij de woning beschikbaar. Ook zijn er prima supermarkten etc. op korte (loop)afstand aanwezig.

    In het appartement zijn alle mogelijke benodigdheden om te koken, te wassen etc. aanwezig. Een schuifpui geeft toegang tot de tuin en terras. Het is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De zitmeubelen laten wel wat te wensen over, vervanging is aan de orde!

    Al met al een goede en prijswaardige locatie!
    Als beoordeling vier huisjes maar na betere zitmeubelen graag het vijfde huisje als toevoeging!”

    “Danke für den Hinweis bezüglich der Sitzmöbel. Ich vermute, dass die Couch gemeint ist. Es handelt sich um eine Schlafcouch; beim Kauf war mir der Schlafkomfort wichtig. Dennoch nehme ich die Anregung gerne auf, dieses Schlafsofa zu entfernen und statt dessen ein normales Sofa in die Wohnung zu stellen.”

    “Het appartement was zeer schoon en goed geoutilleerd. Daarnaast waren de ruimtes zeer ruim. Het was gelegen tov de binnenstad. Daarnaast was de tuin een verademing om gezellig buiten te kunnen ontbijten/eten. Zeer aaanbevelingswaardig!!”
