With its direct access to the beach, just 2 km from the unique natural dune area of Le Havre de Surville, between Portbail and Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, this spacious and welcoming property offers a high level of comfort in an idyllic setting. You access this beautiful property through a large garden. This vacation home has a warm and bright interior, providing the necessary tranquility for a pleasant stay. This beautiful vacation home offers four bedrooms upstairs, each with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. You are in close proximity to the sea. Enjoy beautiful moments outdoors. For the little ones, note that the property is not fenced and is adjacent to a very low traffic road. At the end of the garden near the barbecue area is a small pond, which is always dry in nice weather, but can have a small depth of water when it rains. This vacation accommodation is the ideal starting point to discover the main attractions of Normandy and the Cotentin and to taste the historical and culinary richness of the places. You can discover Mont-Saint-Michel (116 km) or the tapestry of Bayeux (83 km), but also practice all kinds of sports and leisure activities, such as visiting the Channel Islands or walking or cycling.
