Komfortable, ruhige 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung (58 qm inkl. 2 Terrassen) für 2 Personen im Erdgeschoß. Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz inklusive. Sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Kurpark. Nur 50 Meter bis zum Strand! Das moderne Haus, in dem sich die Ferienwohnung befindet, wurde 2005 neu erbaut. Alle Fenster besitzen Rollläden. Die beiden zur Ferienwohnung gehörenden Terrassen (Süd- und Südwest-Lage) bieten Ihnen durch ihre optimale Lage ganztägig Sonne und die ideale Möglichkeit zur Entspannung.


Der große Wohnbereich verfügt über eine Einbauküche mit Elektro-Herd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Eierkocher, Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck ( für 12 Pers ).

Des Weiteren über eine Musikanlage, Kabel-TV und einen DVD-Player. Der Essbereich ist mit einem modernen Tisch, 4 bequemen Stühlen und einem Sideboard ausgestattet. WLAN ist vorhanden.Der gemütliche Sitzbereich mit Holztisch, Deckenfluter und großem Sofa lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Das lichtdurchflutete Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Doppel-Bett und einen großen Kleiderschrank, sowie eine

große Fensterfront mit Ausgang auf die seitliche Terrasse.

Das hell und freundlich ausgestattete Badezimmer bietet mit eine Runddusche mit Glastüren, WC, Waschbecken und einem Beistellschrank viel Platz für Ihre Badutensilien. Ein Fön ist auch vorhanden.



Der schöne Garten mit zwei Terrassen, die von morgens bis in den Abend Sonne versprechen, ist mit 4 Gartenstühlen, einem großzügigen Gartentisch, einem Sonnenschirm und 2 Sonnenliegen ausgestattet.



Leihmöglichkeiten : Bootsverleih, Fahrradverleih Sportmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung : Angeln, Bolzplatz, Mountainbiking, Radtouren, Tennis Umgebung Ausflugsmöglichkeiten : Baabe zählt 1896 die ersten Badegäste und noch heute sind die schönen und prächtigen Villen der Jahrhundertwende zu bestaunen. Die Dampfbahn "rasender Roland" ist die Anbindung an das überregionale Eisenbahnnetz der Deutschen Bahn. Die Dampflokomotiven-Kleinbahn ist ein unverwechselbarer Bestandteil des touristischen Geschehens auf der Insel Rügen. Die Umgebung von Baabe bietet viel schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie die historische Halbinsel "Mönchgut", die Seebrücke von Sellin, die Kreide-Felsen und vieles mehr.
