Die Ferienwohnung „Albatros“ liegt direkt am Kurpark und ist nur ca. 50m vom feinsandigen, weißen Baaber Traumstrand getrennt. Genießen Sie einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub in absoluter Top-Lage nahe der Strandstraße, die mit ihren Cafés, Restaurants, Hotels im Stil der Bäderarchitektur und Geschäften zum Bummeln und Verweilen einlädt.


Die Ferienwohnung „Albatros“, nur durch den Kurpark vom Strand getrennt, ist eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit Südausrichtung. Sie verfügt über Diele, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Schlafzimmer sowie eine große Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Strandkorb, welche Sie über Wohn- und Schlafzimmer begehen.


Die Erdgeschosswohnung betreten Sie durch eine mit großzügiger Garderobe ausgestatteten Diele, von der zunächst das Bad (mit Dusche / WC, Waschbecken mit Spiegel- und Unterschrank sowie Handtuchtrockner und Waschmaschine) abzweigt. Der Wohnbereich mit großzügiger Sitzecke, die mit wenigen Handgriffen bei Bedarf zu einer zusätzlichen Schlafmöglichkeit umgewandelt werden kann, verfügt weiterhin über eine Essecke und einen Fernsehsessel. Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie Radios mit CD-Player sorgen in beiden Räumen für Unterhaltung. Die Küche wird mit Ceran-Kochfeld, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit TK, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Heißwasserbereiter und weiteren elektrischen Küchengeräten werden Ihren Ansprüchen gerecht. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Comfort-Doppelbett (1,60 x 2,00 m) mit großem Bettkasten, 3-m Schwebetürenschrank, 2 Nachttischen incl. Lampen komplett ausgestattet. Dazu gehören auch Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und Wäscheständer für die Terrasse.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Sie ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Durch ihre zentrale Lage direkt am Kurpark und nur wenige Schritte von der Einkaufsstraße mit kleinen Läden und Gaststätten entfernt. Zum Strand sind es auch nur ca. 5 Minuten zu laufen. Vermutlich davon ausgehend ein unangenehmer Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung, dem auch durch häufiges Lüften nicht beizukommen war. Nach Rücksprache mit der Verwalterin ist das bekannt. Sollte m.E. In dieser Preisklasse nicht vorkommen, da stimmt das Verhältnis nicht.
    - Der vorhandene Fön unbrauchbar, wurde ebenfalls moniert, Ersatz wurde nicht erbracht.
