The house is placed in the reservoir The Viñuela, province of Malaga. Surrounded with a natural environment with impressive conference to the saw and the reservoir. An ideal place for the rest and closely together of the beach (15 km). The house is isolated from the noise of the city but in turn closely together from the zones of leisure and mall. Also it is near other provinces as Granada, Seville, Cordova. The house consists of 4 rooms, wide lounge with chimney, air conditioning, tv satellite. The kitchen is complete of all the domestic appliances.     “das haus liegt sehr schön. preis- /leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gut. die betten sind schlecht, ausstattung küche dürftig, gartenmöbel in sehr schlechtem zustand kaputt und alles plastik, sonnenschirm kaputt. der hausbesitzer hat offensichtlich ein problem mit dem pool. die ersten tage war er ok, danach war das wasser so verunreinigt, dass man nicht mehr baden konnte. der besitzer ist mehrere male vorbeigekommen zur reinigung, hat es aber nicht geschafft. gemäss einem bekannten, der im juni im selben haus war, hatte er dasselbe problem. von 15 tagen urlaub konnten wir den pool etwa an 7 tagen benutzen. Positiv: die aussicht und die gartenanlage sind sehr schön. Negativ: siehe meine zusammenfassung oben. Beste Reisezeit: ich war die ersten zwei septemberwochen 2013 da. das wetter war wunderschön. immer um 30 grad. 1 tag leichter regen und bewölkt. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant - eine liste mit ortsbeschrieb der geschäfte im haus wäre nicht schlecht. es ist nicht so einfach, wenn man die gegend noch nicht kennt, eine bäckerei od eine metzgerei zu finden. Empfehlung: Families, groups - entweder werden gartenmöbel, küchenausstattung und betten angepasst, ansonsten müsste das haus auf dieser internetplattform runtergestuft werden. Ausflüge: Das haus liegt sehr zentral in andalusien. malaga, granada, ronda, sevilla... - sind alles ziele die man mit einem tagesausflug gut besuchen kann.”

    “Buenas tardes, ya enviado la respuesta por email. Pero ahora he visto bien la traducción y respondo a las siguientes cuestiones.- La cocina está completa de todo, y preparada para 10 personas. Tiene todos los electrodomésticos y menaje suficiente. Y muy limpia.- Las camas tienen 5 años y poco uso. Están nuevas. - Los exteriores tienen 3 mesas grandes con sus sillas correspondientes. Las tumbonas tienen 6 ( 2 tiene roto una lama ) pero están cubiertas por esterillas acorchadas que las protegen. Pero el cliente se las quitó y no las utilizaba.- El parasol es de 3m y no está roto como dice el cliente, porque este señor no sabía abrirlo.- La limpieza, nosotros somos muy rígidos y repasamos toda la casa muy bien antes de entregarla.- La piscina estaba muy bien durante la primera semana, pero como le digo en el email, al limpiarla tuve un fallo en el filtro y se enturbio pero se solucionó a medias; ahora está en perfecto estado, ya que tenía que asentarse el polvo en suspensión, según dijo el técnico.- Los clientes no han comentado que a la hora de realizar la limpieza final, una habitación las paredes estaban manchadas y el sillón de esa habitación está hundido y roto.¿ Por qué antes de publicar un cuestionario , no consulta al propietario? y ver si es cierto todo lo expuesto.Nosotros somos muy serios e intentamos que el cliente este cómodo en la casa. De todas formas de estos comentarios se aprende algo positivo.”
