Ideally located at 500m from the beach and the nautical centre, by a pedestrian path, this new single storey house is bright, functional, comfortable and equipped with high quality bedding. The south facing garden is enclosed and quiet with a terrace equipped for moments of relaxation and conviviality. Cap Coz offers many possibilities for activities and walks: the Glénan Archipelago, the large beaches of Fouesnant, the Old Port, the Anse de Penfoulic, the GR 34 walks with sea views (the path is also 500 metres from the gite), Concarneau and its walled town, Bénodet, Pont Aven, La Pointe du Raz, La Torche, Le Guilvinec, etc., all within a few minutes drive. The house has an entrance hall opening onto a pleasant living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) opening onto the garden and equipped with a flat screen TV, a second bedroom for 2 people with a 160x200 bed and finally a third bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200).the pretty shower room is equipped with a large Italian shower and a double washbasin, the toilet is separate, and a large garage for your car, your bikes, your nautical equipment will also be at your disposal. For your moments of relaxation: Flat screen TV 4K 165cm with HOME CINEMA, DVD PLAYER and DISNEY+ NETFLIX INCLUDED. PS. At the end of your stay a clean appearance is required (beds unmade, dishes and household appliances clean, garbage bags closed basic tidying up).
