Villa Emma -  gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Terasse (ca 45 m² Wohnfläche),. Das Fereinhaus befindet sich auf einem  auf eingezäuntem Grundstück mit mit einer Grösse von ca. 250 qm, Es ist schön ruhig gelegen und befindet sich unmittelbar am grösten Wald der Insel, der Granitz. Von hier aus kann man schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Zum Selliner Strand sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuss. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. 
Das Ferienhaus ist ausgestattet mit einer Küche, Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer und Bad.

Das Ferienhaus Villa emma befindet sich in einer kleinen Gartenanlage unmittelbar am grösten Wald der Insel Rügen - an der Granitz. Hier ist viel Ruhe und zum Ort, mit gaststätten und Einkaufseinrichtungen, sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
