Ideal for four people is the cottage where on the first floor there is a kitchen with a living room and a bathroom, and on the upper floor you can reach the second bedroom through a passage room. In the second house there are three floors with one apartment on each floor, which can be reached only from the outside and the landlord lives in the other half of the house. On the upper floor there is a large apartment with bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. On the first floor and on the mezzanine there is a studio apartment with a kitchenette.

For cooling off on hot summer days, on the common property there is the pool, which is available only to you.

If you want to explore the beautiful Porec and yet do not want to spend your entire vacation in the center of the hustle and bustle, this house is ideal for your vacation, as the famous Materada beach is only a few minutes away by car.
