Our farm is located in the Sauerland region, in an idyllic valley, far away from traffic noise and stress of everyday life. With us you can really relax in the nature with its beautiful forests and pastures, and let your soul. Children can pet the rabbits, pony ride, play in the playground, ride Kettcar and businesses many other things or take some lessons in the resort. An ideal starting point for hikes and excursions to nearby destinations. Vacation: Type A (Holiday House Moonlight): Idyllic secluded location, just a few meters away from the farm buildings, approx 60 m2, max. 4 persons, living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two separate beds and a bunk bed. Shower / WC, living room with fully equipped kitchenette and TV, for cozy warmth of the pellet stove with visible flame. For sun lovers we offer an approximately 7 square meter terrace and in bad weather a covered terrace is present. Type B (Apartment granary): Located right on the farm, 78 m2, max. 4 people, 1 living room with dining area, TV and internet, sep. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1x double bed / 1x2 single beds), shower / WC. Type C (apartment Waldblick): Located right on the farm, 75 m2, max. 5 people, 2 bedrooms (1 x 2 beds, 1 x 3 beds), shower / toilet, cozy kitchen with dining area, living room. Large terrace with garden furniture.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. Sheets and towels included., Washing machine and dryer are in the yard verses are available, they can be like shared (by arrangement). Children up to 6 years free of charge and in children aged 6 to 12 years is the room rate 5,00Euro per child, per night accompanied by 2 adults. High chair and baby cots are available. Pets allowed: 4 EUR per night (to be paid on the spot) As a special service we offer to our guests: - Pick-up and return service to the station (free) - Refrigerator Service (If ordered on time before arrival, we will fill the fridge with the items you food on account) - Breakfast service

Here you expect rest and relaxation, but also for variety is provided. The vacation home in an idyllic secluded location has a 60 m2 living space, a little away from the actual homestead, is particularly popular with our guests. Here there is a touch of comfort and a natural environment. With our popular bread service, so you can start the day well strengthened. The living room with open kitchen is the jewel and center of the vacation home in Sauerland. Here you will find a comfortable seating area where you can relax after an eventful day. A pellet stove with visible flame provides coziness. We attach great importance to sustainability and a clean future for future generations. Thus, renewable resources such as 100% green electricity have your permanent place in our vacation home. Other equipment includes a TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. When was the last time you slept without the noise of cars, streetcars and people talking? Three single beds await you in the spacious bedroom. Moreover, with the pleated blinds attached to the window, you can darken the room if you want to take a nap or are a late riser. The kitchen and living area are integrated into one common area. Do not renounce the cozy warmth of the good room when preparing your meals. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for your stay. This includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven and microwave. In addition, there is a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and, of course, dishes, cutlery and glassware. Your meals can be taken in the sitting area or you can simply step through the door onto the sun terrace or covered veranda and eat surrounded by nature. Bright, modern and comfortable, these three adjectives perfectly describe our bathroom. Because we are aware of how refreshing and soothing a warm shower can be after a long day. The result is a feel-good oasis with a rain shower, a vanity with a large, illuminated mirror, a vanity mirror and a toilet. The radiator with integrated towel dryer provides cozy bath towels. Service water and waste water are purified by our own fully biological sewage treatment plant.

In all our prices the additional costs and the final cleaning are already included. The bed linen, towels and tea towels are also already included in the price. For children from 0 to 6 years there is no charge and for children from 6 to 12 years the overnight price is 5,00Euro per night in the company of 2 adults. Dogs are very welcome. We charge for 1 dog 8,00Euro per night. In our cottage we accept a maximum of 2 dogs.When booking a deposit of 20% ( but at least 50,00Euro ) is required. The remaining amount can be transferred to our account before arrival and paid by card payment or cash.
