Our home offers 3 comfortable and modern bedrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms are equipped with double bed (180*200), in the third bedrooms you find a bunk bed (90*200) which is also suitable for adults.
Wardrobes are available in each bedrooms. Additionally, there is a nice room with a bunk bed (90*200) and a wardrobe downstairs, next to the living room. The living and dining area is the center of the apartment downstairs which is the entry level.
It provides an inviting sofa area with coffee table, SAT-TV, a large extendable dining table. The kitchen is located next to the dining area.
The kitchen offers enough storage space and is very well equipped. It includes a coffee maker, an extra Nespresso machine with cappuccino creamer, a toaster, an extra waterkettle, a dishwasher, a modern touchscreen ceramic hob with extractor hood, an oven and a steamer.
In the spacious bathroom upstairs you find a bathtub, a separate shower, 2 sinks with a spacious mirrored cabinet and a toilet.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and modern.
Quiet and sunny hillside. Fully south facing.
2 balconies, garage with direct access to the house, laundry, satellite TV,
sound system and plenty of lovely details.

    “Die Unterkunft bot uns eine sehr angenehme und erholsame Atmosphäre. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet zur Unterhaltung Bücher, Filme, Gesellschaftsspiele, sowie unser Highlight eine Musikanlage an, welche durch die ganze Wohnung nutzbar ist. Besonders hat uns der schöne Blick aus dem Balkon gefallen. Die Berge und ein Fluss sind zu sehen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind bezaubernd. Zudem ist es angenehm ruhig und bietet eine vollständige Entspannung. Positiv: Viel Platz zum Entspannen. Schöne Wohnaussstatung und Wohneinrichtung. Die Musikanlage! Negativ: Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Restaurant: Kochen selber - Kein Restaurantbesuch. Ausflüge: Lünersee - Mit einer Gondel fahren wir den Damm hinauf. Dort ist ein fantastischer Blick auf die Berge und den See. Super Panaramablick.”
