    Alt- und Neustadt sehr gut mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Negativ: Parkmöglichkeiten waren während unseres Aufenthaltes schlecht da zu der Zeit viele große Baustellen dort waren und Parkplätze wegfielen. Freizeit: Stadtrundgänge und Stadtrundfahrten (man erfährt viel Wissenswertes und auch lustiges)”

    “Positiv: Eine tolle Wohnung mit wirklich allem, was der Mensch braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen! Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großzügig ausgestattet, die Lage ist super! Auch ohne Fahrzeug kommt man problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Dresden und in die Umgebung und wer mit Auto kommt, der findet immer einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus, oder auf einer der Straßen im Viertel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer klappt hervorragend und auch bei Sonderwünschen wird eine Lösung gefunden. Ich kann diese Wohnung absolut weiter empfehlen!”
