Das Casa Del Gabbiano ist eine helle Wohnung im zweiten Stock eines kleinen Gebäudes im Zentrum von Arenzano. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa, einer Küche mit Essbereich und Balkon, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Badezimmer. Arenzano ist eine hübsche Stadt mit einem lebhaften historischen Zentrum, hat das ganze Jahr über ein stabiles Klima und hat dank seiner Strände und des Yachthafens im Schutz des Capo San Martino, des berühmten Kiefernwaldes, der Villen und des Yachthafens seinen Ruf als Touristenort gestärkt Sportanlagen. Die Klippen bieten felsige Schluchten, in denen Sie tauchen können, um die Posidonia-Wiesen zu bewundern. Hier wurde 2008 das erste Unterwasser-Fitnessstudio in Italien eröffnet. Hinter dem Dorf befindet sich der Beigua Park auf dem ligurischen Apennin, der von einem typischen mediterranen Gestrüpp umgeben ist, das sich mit felsigen Schluchten abwechselt, wo sich Naturpfade durch eine atemberaubende Aussicht schlängeln.
