In a beautiful and quiet vacation home area in Sømarken, on a natural plot not far from the beach, this inviting house welcomes you in a modern light. Arrive with your family and enjoy the ambience, which is characterized by functional furnishings. Step from the entrance hall through the open connection into the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need and offers you plenty of space for preparing meals. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the dining room, which is combined with the living room and offers plenty of space to make yourself comfortable at mealtimes. Find entertainment on the sofa while streaming movies and series or have fun in the adjoining large, bright activity room with table soccer, darts, air field hockey, table tennis and pool table.

The house has three terraces, one of which faces east, where you can enjoy the morning sun in peace and quiet with a good cup of coffee and freshly baked bread rolls. A large south-facing terrace with plenty of attractive garden furniture. There is also a cozy covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and lounge furniture. The outdoor kitchen invites you to barbecue or bake pizzas together. Enjoy a barbecue for lunch and dinner or simply sit down and enjoy the sun and nature. On the terrace you will find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a heated terrace pool with air jets and lighting. You can also gather around the fire in the fire pit and have fun baking bread on a stick. Behind the house to the north is the third terrace with good facilities for relaxing. Meanwhile, let your children explore the large natural plot, which offers the ideal play environment with a play tower, swings and a sandpit.

The house is a good starting point for excursions to the nearby beach or to the small cozy harbor, Bakkerne Havn, where there is a smokehouse with a good fish restaurant. In summer, the baker sells fresh bread from a cart in the parking lot. Or use the house as a starting point for excursions to Bornholm's sights and nature.
