This beautiful family house is located in a small Istrian village of Kranjci (Old town Labin) near Labin. In a peaceful setting and surrounded by beautiful nature, the house was completely remodeled in 2009

The house has two bedrooms and one folding sofa , one bathroom, kitchen and dining room. The interior is fully equipped with all appliances and necessary cooking utensils, plates, etc.
There is a terrace in front end 2 back of the house of the house.
The most beautiful Istrian beaches located in Prtlog, Sveta Marina, Ravni or Rabac are within 10-15 minutes car drive from the house.
