This very spacious modern house with new furniture is part of an architect villa, directly adjacent to the beach and sea, ideal for families looking for nature and tranquility.

The house is located in a small village in the Cotentin with direct access to the very quiet sandy beach. It has a beautiful enclosed garden with private parking for 3 cars, a secluded courtyard and garden.

An equipped open kitchen with bar with 6 chairs, induction plate, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, all the necessary crockery. Cozy wood stove that can also be used for cooking.

Near Val de Saire and the forest of the valley of the mill with its viaduct and La Hague which is also called Little Ireland.

    “Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus, direkt am Meer. Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es gibt kaum Verkehr. also perfekt für Ruhesuchende. Ein Küstenwanderweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen Ende Oktober/Anfang November dort verbracht.”
