In just a few minutes walk there are: ski bus stop in 50 m, the center of Schüttdorf with many food and shopping markets, restaurants, bars, banks, doctors, public transport, tennis hall, indoor riding arena, south shore of Lake Zell with outdoor swimming pool.
The nature reserve with the entrance to the cross-country ski run and the starting point for beautiful winter hikes, as well as Nordic walking tours can be reached in just a few meters.
In just 3 minutes by car you can reach the valley station of the Areitbahn with free car park, Lake Zell and the 36-hole golf course.
