Beautiful house in the cozy village of Smedstorp in the middle of beautiful Österlen.

In the living space of this house you can expect a simple and cozy design with some nice corners where you will feel especially at home. You can also look forward to grilled food, which you can enjoy together on the open terrace while bathing in the sun.

Smedstorpsbadet, a grocery store, arts and crafts, hiking trails, a bocce court and much more can be found in this small village. You are also close to Simrishamn and Wallanders Ystad here. Visit Tomelilla Sommarland and Fyledalen nature reserve with rich bird life and beautiful nature. Furthermore, you can also visit the castles in the area, including Christinehof Castle, Kronovall Wine Castle, Bollerups Gård and Borg. You are close to the southern and eastern coastline of Skåne with miles of sandy beaches, such as Sandhammaren, Nybrostrand, Ravlunda and Knäbäckshusen or the lake Gyllebosjön. There are also many farm stores in your area, as well as artists, galleries, cafes and restaurants. Take a walk along the water of Kvik or through the nearby forests where there is plenty of wild garlic to pick. Also visit nearby towns like Simrishamn or Ystad with its beautiful alleys and zoo. Also the national park Stenhuvud and the Kiviks marknad ? one of the biggest fairs in Sweden are worth a visit. On weekends there are many flea markets in Österlen, also many small nice and very good restaurants and cafes are in the area.
