Holiday house decorated and renovated in Mediterranean style. The building is located on a family property, enclosed on all sides by a stone fence. Due to the thick stone fence walls, it provides maximum intimacy and the atmosphere of the stay. With its tranquility and comfort, this house invites you to visit it and stay.
For private use the following is available: umbrella, deckchairs, shower in the garden, terrace, yard with covered space, table, large fireplace with grill.
From the yard and the terrace there is a beautiful view of nature and the beautiful blue sea of our Kvarner.
The nature in the area is a bit wild, a real coastal landscape, but it is beautiful and offers countless opportunities for active vacation with the popular motto of the Vinodol region "Step to the sea, two of the snow".
On the nearby coast in Crikvenica there are: beaches with sand, pebbles, stones, rocks and a plateau for swimming, dog beach, tennis, fishing, diving, water sports, boat rental. Horseback riding is possible in Tribalj at a distance of 5 km.
A beautiful view of the mountains offers the possibility of going to Lukovo and other mountain peaks such as Viševica, in winter the famous ski resort Platak, which is a beautiful nature park in summer, going to Gorski kotar known for its natural beauty, lakes, the source of the river Kupa ...
This holiday home consists of a 1st floor, a beautiful courtyard and a covered terrace with barbecue facilities. The ground floor of the house is not used and is not offered.
On the 1st floor you will find a very well equipped kitchen with dining area and living room in the same space, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with double bed and a spacious bathroom.
Both bedrooms and the kitchen with dining area are air-conditioned.
A private parking space available.
