Die Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Balkon ist komplett eingerichtet mit großer Ledereckgarnitur, Eßtisch, Küchenbar und -zeile, Abstellraum mit Tiefkühlschrank, Bad mit Dusche/ WC und zwei Waschbecken, Holztreppe führt auf den Schlafboden mit 3 Einzelbetten. Zusätzlich ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem großen Kleiderschrank (Kinderbettaufstellung möglich). Ausstattung: TV, Radio + CD- und DVD -Player, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Tischgrill, Mixer, Waffeleisen, Toaster, Kaffemaschine,Wasserkocher, Bügeleisen+Bügelbrett und Staubsauger. Herzlich Willkommen! Schöne helle Ferienwohnung in der 3. Etage mit Blick auf den Yachthafen, den Ryck (Fluss durch Greifswald) und die Stadt Greifswald mit Museumshafen. Fischereihafen mit historischer Klappbrücke in ca. 3,5 km, Klosterruine Eldena und Strandbad Eldena in ca. 4 km, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 2 km entfernt. Ein Abenteuerspielplatz und ein Sportplatz befinden sich direkt am Haus. WLan ist auf Anfrage möglich. Fahrradraum im Haus vorhanden, Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Es besteht die Möglichkeit am Ryck oder Bodden zu angeln. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zur Insel Rügen ca. 30 km und zur Insel Usedom ca. 40 km.
