The villa belongs in the beautiful small complex of Altera cave villas, a tranquil adults-only retreat on the south coast of Rethymno, Crete. The villa has a single-floor layout with a total of two main rooms, one master bedroom with a double bed and another room which is used either as a second bedroom with two single beds that can be also turned to a double or as a living room (if used as a second bedroom an outside open living area is provided). There are also two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan modern kitchen and a veranda with outdoor furniture. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Satellite TV and Wi-Fi coverage in all areas.
Step outside to your private oasis, where a 28-square-meter swimming pool awaits (heated upon request at least one week prior to arrival in April, May, October, and November at an additional charge of €50 per night with a comfortable temperature of 22-25°C, depending on the weather) surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
