The Mas Rojac is composed of 3 independent rural gîtes (n 1388, 1390, 2899) and the owner's accommodation, close to the village of Roquefort-des-Corbières (2km), to Sigean (supermarkets), to the Leucate ponds (surfing) and to the beaches (10 min drive). Ideal for walking and cycling. Parking at the foot of the gite. Above a garage and quite independent, gite comprising: large living room 50m2 with American kitchen. Wifi (ADSL to share). Independent toilet. On the second level, a master suite with a double bed and an integrated Italian shower + WC. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Second shower room with Italian shower, bath and WC. Large bay windows opening onto the terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Underfloor central heating in supplement (70€/week). Animals accepted except cats.
