Villa Zita Exclusive is located in the small village of Švići, not far from Pićan, and 27 km from the tourist resort of Rabac and pebble beaches. Its location is ideal for everyone who wants to spend their vacation away from the busy everyday life and be surrounded by untouched nature. Shops and restaurants are about 8 km away.Villa Zita Exclusive consists of two separate units on a spacious garden of 650 m2. Numerous outdoor facilities are available: a 55 m² swimming pool with a hydromassage corner, counter-current swimming and a waterfall, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a charcoal grill and a gas grill, a bread oven, an ice machine, a dishwasher, a table and chairs for 10 people and a large LCD by television.
