    “Das Reihenhaus machte von außen einen etwas ungepflegten Eindruck. Der Treppenaufgang und das Haus hätten dringend einen neuen Anstrich nötig. Die Ausstattung war etwas alt, aber okay. Die Fenster sind völlig veraltet und enthalten nur ein dünnes, lottriges Fensterglas. Bei kühlen Temperaturen lässt sich das Haus nicht vernünftig heizen. Der Straßenlärm ist relativ gut vernehmbar, hat uns, als nicht besonders Lärmempfindliche, aber nicht gestört. Eine Enttäuschung war die Tatsache, dass praktisch über dem Haus eine Hochspannungsleitung verläuft und auch zwischen Haus und See eine Stromhochleitung durchgeht, die auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich sind.
