The apartment is situated in a small village Balici near Zminj. In the central Istria.

Outside is a nice garden and a yard with a lot of content for children and adults.
The owners offer their guests a plot in Peruški, not far from Duga Uvala. The plot has a table and chairs and a barbecue if you want to relax and have fun 500m from the beach and the sea in peace and quiet.

100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
