Novigrad is a small town located in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. It is located exactly between Porec and Umag and is only a half-hour drive by car. Throughout history, Novigrad has developed on an island which was in the 18th century connected to the land. It has preserved its medieval and historic ruins, palaces, walls and towers for which is now world famous. In addition to the rich cultural and historical heritage, Umag is known as a place of top gastronomic delights and attributes that will make in everyone's stay more than pleasant and encourage him to come back.

On the peninsula lies the luxury Villa Vera, which provides accommodation for 8 people in exclusively equipped rooms. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, equipped with double beds, while one of them has separable beds. On the ground floor of Villa Vera is a spacious living room connected with kitchen, and a fourth bedroom, also equipped with a double bed. The kitchen of the villa is modern and has enough seats for all the guests of the villa. Villa has 3 bathrooms fully furnished and equipped, and one toilet on the ground floor. At the top of the villa is a spacious terrace of 60m2 with a Jacuzzi and views of sea and Novigrad.

On the fenced plot with a covered veranda privacy is guaranteed. The nearest beach is only 30m away, where guests can enjoy all day. Location of the villa offers also other interesting things, as sightseeing of the city's historic centre and other attractions to various different sports activities.
