Villa Pine Tree is located in the medieval town of Labin in Istria on a hill above Rabac. It is fully air-conditioned, can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and consists of first floor and upper floor. On the first floor there is a modern kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals for the whole family or a group of best friends. There is also a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats and a living room with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table and TV. On the first floor there is a nice wellness room with sauna and Turkish bath where you can relax your body and soul, as well as a romantic jacuzzi with a view. There is also a tavern with wine cellar where lovers of delicious wines can taste top quality wines. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom with shower. On the outdoor terrace you can refresh yourself in the 42 m² and 1.5 m deep pool, while next to it you can sunbathe on 8 deck chairs and enjoy the magnificent view of the unspoiled nature. On the terrace there is an outdoor seating area for drinking morning coffee, an outdoor dining table and an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood. Other amenities at Pine Tree Villa include a washer, dryer and iron. The villa also has a separate toilet. The villa's yard is fully fenced, and there are 4 private parking spaces. The villa has a beautifully landscaped garden and a garden where children can play freely.
