The stunning and modern Villa Lodi is located in Kastel Stafilic, situated between the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Split and Trogir. The villa is only 100m from the sea and a 5-minute walk from the city center. This beautiful villa can accommodate up to 11 people. The villa is spread over three floors: first floor, second floor and second floor with a large terrace. The first floor of the villa consists of a beautiful and cozy living room with kitchen and dining room. The villa offers 5 beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with air conditioning and TV. The second floor is designed as a sleeping area and offers 4 cozy bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed and en-suite bathroom as well as a balcony. The other two bedrooms and a bathroom are designed more as a family area. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and balcony, while the second bedroom has two single beds that can be put together if required. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. On the top floor, you can relax in a comfortable room with a bathroom and a large terrace with sea views.
The special feature of this villa is a glass wall that leads you to the beautiful terrace with outdoor pool and a 40 m² pool with shower. After a nice swim, you can continue to enjoy your family moments by lying on the sun loungers and soaking up the sun or just preparing a good BBQ meal. There is private parking for 4 cars and two bicycles are also available. The villa is pet friendly and is in an advantageous location that you are sure to enjoy. Villa Lodi is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.The villa is located in the settlement Kastel Stafilic. The settlement belongs to the system of the town of Kastela and is one of 7 Dalmatian kastela along the Kastela Bay. Interestingly, the oldest olive tree, which is over 1500 years old, comes from Kastela.
The advantage of the location is that you are surrounded by beautiful islands such as Brac, Hvar, Vis etc., so you can organize boat trips or a trip to Krka waterfalls. Don't forget to visit Split and Trogir which are also not far away. Trogir is a well-known tourist town and is located 25 km north of Split. Trogir is a beautiful old town that is on the UNESCOS World Heritage List. Trogir is an excellent destination for a day trip from Split.
