This beautiful villa is located on a 700 m2 plot in the picturesque area of eastern Istria, near Labin and Rabac with its beautiful pebble beaches. Villa Mila Zartinj is located in the village of Zartinj and offers peace and relaxation. It can accommodate up to 8 people and has 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has a TV, double bed and en-suite bathroom for added comfort for all guests.
The spacious open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen is bright and airy thanks to the large glass surfaces and also has direct access to the terrace with the refreshing private pool and comfortable sun loungers. A dining table for al fresco meals and a gas barbecue are also located on the terrace. Villa Mila Zartinj is perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The nearest stores, restaurants and cafes are located in Labin, while only a short drive is required to reach beautiful beaches.Villa Mila Zartinj was named after the small Istrian village of Zartinj, which is located only about 4 km from Labin. Labin is a picturesque little town situated on a hill. It is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is perfect for art and history lovers, but also offers cafes and restaurants with delicious local products. The coastal town of Labin is Rabac, a former fishing village, now a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful pebble beaches. During your stay, you should also visit small picturesque medieval towns in central Istria. Not far away, but definitely worth a day trip!
