Villa Mare Monti is located in the hills of Kvarner Bay. It offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains and the green Vinodol Valley (Vallis Vinearia). This unique vacation home is located at the end of a private road in the hills above Crikvenica. The modern decor and furnishings combined with traditional architecture offer you and your family/friends a comfortable place to call home during your vacation on the Adriatic. The house was built in 1909 and was tastefully furnished and completely renovated in 2013 to provide you with every comfort during your stay. Villa Mare Monti is set in private, terraced grounds where you can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool (heatable on request) and sunbathe on the wooden terrace with panoramic views of the valley and a medieval castle.

Villa Mare Monti is a unique opportunity for you and your family to discover this part of Croatia and the highlights of Kvarner Bay. The property is located in a small hamlet of just 10 houses - the perfect setting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a relaxing vacation. The house comfortably sleeps 10 people in 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms. It has 2 bathrooms. The house is well equipped and fully air-conditioned. High-speed Internet access (WLAN) is also available to our guests.25 km long Vinodol (wine valley) runs parallel to the coast, a stretch of land almost untouched by the tourist streams that fight their way south along the Magistrala on the coast. This valley is separated from the sea by a two kilometer wide and 300 m high mountain range. It was first mentioned in a chronicle from the 12th century under the name Vallis Vinearia. However, it is known that a road already ran along this valley in Roman times. Situated on a hillside, this vacation property offers you a fantastic view over the Vinodol valley and plenty of privacy for guests, yet it is only a 15-minute drive from the tourist stronghold of Crikvenica, where you will find numerous restaurants, beautiful beaches and all kinds of activities for an active vacation. The nearest store is 2 km from the house, the nearest restaurant 5 km.

The temperature of the heated pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
