The charming family villa Villa Prisunca is located in central Istria. In front of the villa is a beautiful 36 m² pool surrounded by greenery, ideal for refreshment during the summer heat. Sun worshippers can enjoy the Istrian sun on sun loungers by the pool. Sip refreshing drinks at the table by the pool while admiring the view of nature and enjoying the Istrian atmosphere. Play darts, prepare meals on the barbecue. The youngest guests will love the children's playground with slide and children's house. You can prepare meals together in the well-equipped outdoor kitchen. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for 8, a living room where you can spend time with your loved ones and watch a good film, a laundry room, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and double bed and a separate toilet. Villa Prisunca is located in the centre of Istria near the town of Pazin. Pazin is the administrative and tourist centre of Istria with a rich tradition. Take a tour of Pazin Castle, the best-preserved medieval fortress in Istria, and the House of Frescoes. Don't miss a visit to the Pazin mine, which was also an inspiration for the writer Jules Verne. The villa's location in the heart of Istria is an ideal starting point for exploring Istria. In minj you can spend time exploring the countryside by bike or on foot. You can sample traditional Istrian cuisine in numerous rural households. Svetvinena will delight you with its Renaissance square Placa with the Morosini-Grimani Castle, the town's landmark. This special town attracts visitors with interesting and varied local events. The most famous of these is the medieval festival, where you can try your hand at medieval games. The following tourist centres are highly recommended: Rovinj, Pore and Pula. In Rovinj, you can see the baroque church of St. Euphrasius.
