Our holiday home offers you 90 square metres of space with 4.5 rooms. The bedroom has a cosy double bed, while another room is furnished with a single bed and an additional pull-out mattress bed. The living area invites you to relax and the conservatory offers a cosy seating area to enjoy the sunshine. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area allows you to prepare your favourite dishes and dine together.

Enjoy your stay in our holiday home with its own garden. Here you can enjoy the fresh air and nature to the full. Relax on the terrace or use our barbecue area for cosy barbecue evenings.

For your vehicles, we offer a car parking space and a carport for storing bicycles or motorbikes. This makes it easy for you to explore the surrounding area and go on excursions.

The property of 1000m² is high fenced, so you can enjoy the outdoor area with your dog carefree.

here are many hiking trails from the house, e.g. the Wiedweg and the Westerwald-Steig, as well as a fishing centre nearby. The pedestrianised area in the district town is just a 10-minute walk away with many shops and restaurants.

Our newly renovated holiday home is the perfect place for holidaymakers looking for a quiet location in Altenkirchen. With its large, fenced garden and mature trees, it offers plenty of space to relax and unwind.

The entrance area in the conservatory can be reached via a charming staircase and, with its cosy wood-burning stove and seating area, invites you to spend relaxing hours both in summer and winter.

The living room behind the conservatory is furnished with an inviting red leather sofa and offers the ideal place for TV evenings or games evenings with the family. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden, the barbecue area and the majestic Bismarck Tower.every detail in our holiday home has been lovingly designed to create a perfect feel-good atmosphere.

The adjoining hallway to the conservatory has a spacious wardrobe and a built-in shoe cupboard to keep things tidy during your stay.

The eat-in kitchen is accessible via the hallway and offers plenty of space for communal meals. It is fully equipped and large enough to prepare meals for the whole family. If required, we will be happy to provide you with a high chair. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we also offer a fridge service so that you will find the most important things when you arrive.
The dining room leads to the bedrooms. The double room has a comfortable 1.80 m double bed and a spacious wardrobe. On the right-hand side is the "children's room" with a 90 cm bed that can be pulled out to form a second sleeping area. There is also a smaller wardrobe here. If required, we will be happy to provide you with a baby travel cot.

A separate corridor leads from the dining area into the newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, bidet and large washbasin. Thanks to the window in the bathroom, there is always enough fresh air.

Welcome to the holiday home "Haus Johannistal"! Children under 3 years stay with us free of charge. We want families to be able to spend carefree and inexpensive holidays with us.

We are also pleased to inform you that we accept a maximum of 2 dogs by prior arrangement. The cost for a dog is only € 2.50 per day. So you can take your beloved four-legged friend with you on holiday without having to worry about high costs.

We would also like to point out that there is a charge of €60 per stay for the thorough final cleaning of the holiday home. This ensures that the holiday home is in perfect condition for every guest and that you can feel at home right from the start.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we offer you a laundry package for just €10 per person. This includes bed linen, towels and a shower towel. So you can sit back and relax and start your journey without the hassle of lugging around your bed linen. Of course, you also have the option of bringing your own linen if you prefer.

And the best thing is: if you stay for 14 days or more, you will receive a 10% discount.
