The LiFarm – Vacation in and with Nature

The LiFarm, a lovingly restored half-timbered house from 1888, has been inviting guests since 2024 to three modern, fully furnished holiday apartments. The spacious property with nearly 6000 square meters and a nearby orchard (almost 2 hectares) offer you tranquility and numerous leisure opportunities amidst the idyllic landscape of the Weserbergland. The breathtaking view that you can enjoy from both the grounds and the apartments is a highlight in any weather.

Your holiday apartment is strategically located between the towns of Hameln, Hessisch Oldendorf, and Aerzen, each of which is worth a visit in its own right. Hameln, famous for the legend of the Pied Piper, delights year-round with its historic old town and picturesque Christmas market. Hessisch Oldendorf and Aerzen also offer charming excursion destinations. Additionally, the Weser Cycle Route runs alongside the Weser River, allowing you to combine sightseeing and sporting activities in a pleasant way. Just 3 km away is the Hameln golf course at Schwöbber Castle, and in the summer, the Halvestorf forest pool, which is about 4 km away, attracts visitors.

But it's not just nature that attracts; the nearby metropolis of Hameln also offers cultural highlights. In addition to the Pied Piper, the city is known for its numerous sights, events, and shops. Furthermore, the state capital of Lower Saxony, Hanover, with its international fairs, is within easy reach. After a demanding day at the fair, you can relax in the nature of LiFarm in the evening and wind down away from hotel bars.

Our holiday apartment in the attic (approx. 70sqm). A spacious living room (pull-out sofa) and two bedrooms (parents' bedroom with a large double bed and a "children's" bedroom with a single bed) offer enough space for up to 4 adults for a relaxing holiday. You can end the evening comfortably with the whole family in front of the 55-inch TV.

The fully equipped modern kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.) offers everything you could want during your stay.

A storage room and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) are located directly in front of the apartment and are only available to guests of the holiday apartment on the top floor.

The use of the garden rounds off the possibilities. Depending on the season, you are welcome to pick your own fruit in the orchard meadow, which is within walking distance (approx. 500m).

Pets are allowed after consultation.

You don't need to worry about parking with us, each holiday apartment has its own parking space in the yard right next to the house entrance.

A deposit of 30% will be charged upon booking.

Four weeks before the start of the trip, the full rental price is due and must be transferred to the LiFarm account. If a booking is made with a travel start within four weeks, the entire travel price is due upon booking.

cancellations are free of charge up to 90 days before arrival; thereafter, the deposit of 30% is forfeited as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation occurs 4 weeks before arrival, the entire travel price will be retained. Rebookings to a different date, subject to availability, can be offered by LiFarm.de. There is no legal claim.

No refunds will be issued in case of a no-show.

We at LiFarm.de are always interested in happy guests and will always try to find solutions in case of difficulties. Please feel free to contact us early and anytime.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.

Other check-in and check-out times are possible after consultation.

The key handover occurs personally upon arrival.

Pets are allowed for a fee of €8 per day/pet.

A baby cot/extra bed can be provided upon request (free of charge).
