The villa has high quality, bright and modern furnishings and is equipped with air conditioning and solar panels. It consists of a ground floor, a first floor and a basement with a wellness area.
The ground floor leads from the entrance area to a spacious living area with satellite TV and SKY TV channels, a fireplace, a modern open kitchen with dining room and a bathroom. The living area has direct access to a covered terrace with lounge furniture and sun loungers, a swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a whirlpool as well as a summer kitchen with a grill and a mediterranean garden with a lawn

The ground floor and first floor are connected by an internal staircase
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes with hangers, a hallway with bright cupboards, a balcony with wonderful panoramic views and two more modern bathrooms

The property also has a 16m2 wellness area with sauna and shower in the basement
