Die wunderschöne Ferienwohnung eines neu errichteten Ferienhauses
befindet sich im Ostseebad Koserow auf der Insel Usedom. Sie bietet Platz für insgesamt 2 Personen und 1 Baby.

Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten:

- großzügiger lichtdurchfluteter Wohnbereich mit Zugang zur Terrasse, gemütlicher Sofaecke und

- Küchenbereich mit Küchenzeile (Backofen, Mikrowelle, 4 Zonen - Induktionskochfeld, Kühlschrank mit
Gefrierfach Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher) sowie Esstisch

- 1 Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschtisch
- 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank



Ein Stellplatz für Ihren PKW finden Sie direkt neben dem Haus.. Ein abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen befindet sich auch direkt neben dem Haus.



Durch ein ruhiges Waldstück (ca. 700 m ) gelangen Sie direkt an den Ostseestrand. Koserow liegt etwa in der Mitte des 40 Kilometer langen Strandes der Insel Usedom zwischen Peenemünde und Swinemünde(Polen).

Unser Objekt verfügt über insgesamt 3 Ferienwohnungen.

Parkplätze finden Sie direkt am Haus. Alle Wohnungen verfügen über eine Fussbodenheizung und kostenfreies W-lan.

Am Objekt befindet sich ausserdem ein abschliessbarer Fahrradraum.
