The "Lindenhof Bergenhausen"

We welcome you to the Lindenhof Bergenhausen in the beautiful Westerwald.

In the village of Bergenhausen, which has only 12 houses, we offer you four spacious non-smoking holiday flats for different numbers of people on our estate, which was formerly used as a farm. You are also welcome to bring your dog with you and to keep your horse on our spacious pastures or in our open stable. Bergenhausen is a district of the district town of Altenkirchen, which offers all the shopping facilities and services of a medium-sized centre. You can reach it easily in only a few minutes by car. In spite of the close proximity to Altenkirchen, Bergenhausen is very rural, surrounded by woods, meadows and the Wied. So you can set off directly from the house for a nice walk, a bicycle tour or a horse ride and enjoy the nature. By the way, Bergenhausen itself only has one access road, which ends at the end of the village. So there is no through traffic. As mentioned above, we offer 4 holiday flats, which are of different sizes and therefore also for different occupancy rates: The "Kornspeicher", the "Wäller Stube", the "Bauernkate" and the "Spatzennest".

The "Wäller Stube"
The flat has an external staircase made of solid oak wood and can be reached from the garden side. On the first floor you enter the hallway of the holiday flat through a separate door in country house style. In the flat you can expect a successful mixture of antique and modern:
Enter the 20 sqm large living room, whose floor is covered with solid larch wood planks and whose walls are partly made of ancient timber framing and partly of rustic plaster in Mediterranean colours. Here you can make yourself comfortable after a long hike on the huge, cosy living area, which offers enough space for the whole family. Review the day with a glass of wine or simply relax in front of the large flat screen TV with SAT reception and DVD recorder.
Or would you prefer to prepare a delicious meal for yourself and your loved ones in the 19 square metre kitchen equipped with a new, modern fitted kitchen? In any case, you will not lack for anything here: In addition to an electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, the kitchen is also equipped with all the other utensils needed for cooking. Of course, this also includes basic equipment with the usual spices, bin liners etc.
You can then take your meal at the dining table, which seats 6 people. Alternatively, you can of course also use the large balcony, on which a comfortable lounge offers all guests sufficient space at the associated dining table.
After a strenuous bike ride, you might also prefer to take a hot bubble bath in the corner bath of the equally spacious bathroom to relax your muscles a little? In addition to the aforementioned bathtub, the bathroom is of course also equipped with a shower, a WC, a washstand and a bidet.
At the end of a beautiful day's holiday, you will certainly sleep well in the comfortable beds of the two bedrooms, 14 and 19 square metres in size, so that you can set off rested for new activities the following day.
Both bedrooms are furnished with antique softwood furniture. The larger of the two bedrooms has a double bed, the smaller one has two single beds. Of course, both rooms have wardrobes and chests of drawers with enough space to store your clothes.
The holiday flat is completed by a storage room, in which e.g. beverage crates and the like can be stored.
In addition, we offer the garden as well as a fire and barbecue area for shared use.
