Only a few metres from the house there is a shop, a restaurant, a café and the Lanterna campsite, where the nearest beaches are located. In the enclosed garden of 800 sqm, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool of 40 sqm with salt water, 8 deckchairs, a beautiful and well-kept garden around the pool, a covered terrace with outdoor dining table and a parking space.
Villa Gloria has an area of 270 sqm and is spread over two air-conditioned floors. The ground floor has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and separate toilet. On the second floor of the house there are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and SAT-TV. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
