The modern vacation apartments in a separate thatched-roof vacation home are in a beautiful location, only approx. 50 m from the Greifswald Bodden on a well-kept farm. Restaurants, fishing facilities, boat hire, a children's playground and a riding stable are in the immediate vicinity and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach of Lobbe is only about 4 km away. Bicycle rental and a bread roll service can be organized by the owner. A fourth apartment in the house is described under DZV542. In the residential building, which is also located in the courtyard, there are also two apartments for two people each, which can be found under DZV540 and DZV541. All non-smoking apartments are tastefully furnished, centrally heated and accessible via a separate entrance. A terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities, a parking lot, a bicycle storage room and free Wi-Fi are available to all guests. A high chair and a crib can be provided on request. Smoking is permitted outside. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed.

This approx. 75 square meter apartment for up to 5 people (4 adults + 1 baby) is located on the second floor and has a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio), a fully equipped kitchen (dining table for four people, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x two single beds), a large hallway and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. A crib and high chair can be provided on request.

Alt Reddevitz is a former fishing village on Germany's largest island of Rügen and is located on the Mönchgut peninsula, on an approx. 5 km long headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, directly on the Rügischer Bodden, an offshoot of the Greifswald Bodden. The village offers the best conditions for cycling, hiking, fishing (fishing permits available directly in the village), horse riding and swimming and is known for its small cake factory in the Cafe „Moccavino“. The well-known Baltic seaside resorts of Baabe, Sellin and Binz are approx. 6 km, 8 km and 18 km away respectively.
