The two 120-130 sqm holiday apartments for max. 5-7 people live separately in a holiday home on a 1000 sqm leisure property (at your sole disposal) only 150 m from the Achterwasser. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 25 km away. The flats are furnished to a high standard. Suitable for small children. Cots and a high chair are available. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. There is a balcony for the apartment on the upper floor. There is also a barbecue, sun loungers, storage facilities for bicycles and a car park. The total price includes final cleaning as well as water and energy consumption. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented.
Please note: For 2-person occupancy, only 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available.

The holiday apartment on the upper floor is accessible via a separate external staircase. It extends over the entire upper floor. Equipped with a large living/dining area (leather upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, hi-fi system, DVD, dining table, holiday library), a complete kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x double bed and 1 single bed) and 2 bathrooms (1 x shower/WC, 1 x with bathtub, washing machine and tumble dryer).

Warthe is a small fishing village on the Lieper Winkel, a dreamy peninsula between the Peenestrom and the Achterwasser. A bathing possibility at the Peenestrom/Achterwasser is approx. 150 m away from the property, to the imperial baths (Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck) it is approx. 25 km.
